WARANTEE POLICY
- Products manufactured by Samyak will be warranted for a period of 18 Months from date of dispatch & 12 Month from the Date of Commissioning, whichever is earlier against any inherent manufacturing defect.
- If product is found to be defective during warrantee period, it may be sent to Samyak manufacturing facility/service center for repair with freight paid basis along with returnable gate pass and description of defect.
- Samyak service team will check defective parts, send report to the customer and on approval, product will be repaired.
- After repairing and due testing, product will be dispatched to the customer on freight prepaid basis.
- If instrument is opened or repaired by un-authorized person, under warrantee period, warrantee will not be honored.
- Any physical damage to the unit will not be covered under the warranty.
- During the warranty period, site support will be provided on a chargeable basis.
- In the event Product is repaired by Company, the performance of such repair work will not extend existing nor generate new warranty coverage for the Product as a whole or for those parts not repaired or replaced by Company.

- Product Model
- Product Serial Number
- Original Order Number
- Purchase Data
- Detailed explanation of Product or part failure
- All products returned for service under warranty period must be returned in their original containers and include all original parts (Side clamps. Terminals, etc...)
- Samyak will not be responsible for any consequential damages caused by use of Samyak Product.
